Authorised Resellers

Only authorised and approved resellers are allowed to resell Manuka Lane Products.

Application to be a reseller of Manuka Lane Products

Applications to be an authorised reseller must be sent to sales@manukalane.co.nz

Sell Only to Approved Retail Websites and Stores Only

If authorised, you must comply with Manuka Lane’s reseller policy. Only authorized and approved distributors can resell Manuka Lane products in accordance with this policy. 

It is prohibited to purchase Manuka Lane products from any channel and resell them on any online marketplace/3rd party sites/stores that are not approved by Manuka Lane. This includes drop-ship accounts, classified sites, or direct messages. These sites include but are not limited to Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Shopee, Tokopedia, Facebook MarketPlace, TradeMe. 

Manuka Lane reserves the right to request any sell-thru information such as but not limited to SKU and retailer location/information. 

Right to Refuse Order

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized distributors, dealers or resellers. We may limit or cancel quantities per person if we believe reselling by unauthorized resellers is occurring. In the event of this occurring, Manuka Lane may contact you to inform you of our cancellation.

Accuracy of Account Information and All Seller Names

You agree to provide accurate, up to date and truthful account information for all sales made by authorised resellers. This includes platform names and details.

Packaging Policy

If you are an authorized reseller, you must not alter Manuka Lane products packaging in any way. It is also strictly prohibited to remove Manuka Lane products and resell them in different packaging or under a different name or UPC code.

Manuka Lane’s Minimum Advertised Price Policy

All Resellers acknowledge they’ve received Manuka Lane’s MAP policy from an authorized Manuka Lane Distributor or Manuka Lane. If Manuka Lane MAP policy is violated, Reseller status will be revoked.

Trademark and Intellectual property

Authorised resellers will maintain trademark and intellectual property integrity of Manuka Lane at all times. Any violation will result in authorisation being revoked.
